Maybe home sales will get back to normal sooner? What does it mean since the government is helping Fannie and Freddie? Some credit may be easier to buy a home. But over all it doesn’t mean a lot. I feel it makes our foreign investors feel better. If we didn’t back/bail these entities we would have paid the price by much lower home values-which we may still do anyway.
